AIDAS, THEORY OF SALES

AIDAS ==> The Stages witch the buyer through to decide for buy an item.

—A  = ATTENTION  = Tahap PERHATIAN
v Sellers trying to make the buyers interested
It takes a good first impression of the attitude and appearance of the seller

I = INTEREST = Tahap Minat
Buyers are allowed to touch the goods or operate

The things that affect an interest:

1. Motivation basic goods needed or not

2. Communication between the seller and the buyer

3. Mood the buyers

 D = DESIRE = Tahap KEINGINAN

Sellers emphasized the advantages acquired when buying the product and loss if it is not bought.

 

A = ACTION = melakukan TINDAKAN

The seller must convince the buyer’s decision to buy the product is the right decision

 

—S  = SATISFACTION = Tahap KEPUASAN

Seller ensures the quality of product that was in line with reality.
